September is World Alzheimer's Month. Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia and evolving research is showing that people can reduce their risk through a variety of lifestyle changes. According to the Alzheimer's Association these include making key lifestyle changes, including participating in regular physical activity, staying socially engaged, and maintaining good heart health.
